Douglas began his career as a lecturer in Art and design at the University of Edingburgh in the late 70´s. It was here he met his Canarian wife Pino. They moved to Tenerife in 1982 setting up a private Art School in an old farm house they had renovated themselves. Due to demand however, Douglas became involved in design and advertising contracting mainly for a leading developer in the South of Tenerife. It was here where he discovered a love of marketing and sales.
Douglas has designed and project managed the building of several private villas on the island taking full advantage of his background in Art and Design.
With 22 years involvement in the property business, his expertise can be called upon to assist in any aspect of your purchase whether it be to interpret plans or discuss design ideas.
